Step 1:

To set up the Appvibe Google Docs Integration for Jira, install the app from the Jira marketplace and grant it the necessary permissions to access Google Docs and Jira.

Step 2:

Once installed, configure the integration settings to track modifications made to Google Docs links within Jira issues.

Step 3:

Each time a Google Docs link within a Jira issue is modified, the change is logged and stored in the history.

Step 4:

The history of modifications is available at both the link level and the Jira issue level, allowing you to view the complete modification history at any time.

Step 5:

Access the modification history through the Appvibe interface in Jira to audit changes and maintain a detailed record of document link activities.
