View Link History
Step 1:
Locate the Jira issue where the Microsoft PowerPoint link will be integrated using the Appvibe Microsoft PowerPoint Integration application.
Step 2:
Every change made to the Microsoft PowerPoint link within the Jira issue is automatically tracked and stored. This includes modifications like updates to the link or any related information.
Step 3:
The history of these modifications is maintained at either the link level or Jira issue level, providing a comprehensive log of changes.
Step 4:
Users can view this history at any time, ensuring transparency and traceability for the modifications made to the Microsoft PowerPoint link within the Jira issue.
Step 5:
The tracked history allows team members to stay updated on any alterations made, streamlining collaboration and accountability within the project management environment.
Link Permissions
Step 1:
Go to the Appvibe Microsoft PowerPoint Integration configuration page, or click permission from within the link settings in a Jira issue.
Step 2:
Select the desired permissions for each user. Users can be assigned one of the following permissions:
- Viewer: Users with view permission can see the link in the Jira issue.
- Editor: Users with edit permission can add, edit, or remove links in the Jira issue.
- Admin: Users with admin permission can manage link permissions for other users.
