Help
FAQ
What if the Miro link doesn’t load?
Ensure the link is public and accessible. If Miro blocks embedding, try opening it in a new tab.
Can I add multiple links to one issue?
Yes, you can add multiple Miro links to each Jira issue.
How secure are my Miro links?
All links and related meta data are stored within Atlassian's Forge platform. Our app data is stored using Forge's hosted storage solutions, which are integrated into Atlassian's cloud infrastructure. This setup ensures that app data benefits from the same data residency features as Atlassian's core products, allowing administrators to control where the data is hosted.
Is there a limit to the number of Miro links I can add?
There is no set limit to the number of Miro links that can be added to a Jira issue. However, for better performance and organization, it's recommended to manage the number of links based on your team's needs.
How do I ensure my Miro link permissions are correct?
Ensure that your Miro board permissions are set to "Anyone with the link" as either a viewer or editor, depending on the access you want to grant. This will ensure that the integration functions smoothly without permission issues.
Can I revoke access to a Miro link after it's added?
Yes, you can change the sharing settings directly in Miro to restrict or remove access as needed. Changing permissions in Miro will affect access for anyone trying to view the link through the Jira issue.
Will deleting a Miro board affect my Jira issue?
If a Miro board is deleted, the link in the Jira issue will no longer be valid and will not display the board's content. Ensure you update or remove invalid links as necessary.
How often do the Miro links update in Jira?
Miro links embed dynamic content, so updates made on the Miro board reflect in the Jira issue in real-time without needing manual updates.
What should I do if I encounter an error with Appvibe Miro Integration?
Check for any internet connectivity issues, verify that the Miro link is correctly formatted, and ensure that integration permissions are correctly set. If issues persist, consult the Appvibe support team for assistance.
