Step 1:

Install the Appvibe Dropbox Integration app within your Jira instance to enhance file collaboration.

Step 2:

Once installed, every time a Dropbox link is modified within any Jira issue, the app will automatically track these changes.

Step 3:

The modification history of each Dropbox link is stored and can be accessed at two levels - either at the specific link level or at the Jira issue level.

Step 4:

To view the history, simply navigate to the respective Jira issue or Dropbox link, and access the stored modifications anytime you need to review changes.
