Once installed, you can insert a Google Forms link into a Jira issue. Any modification to this link will be automatically tracked by the app. This tracking feature ensures that all changes to the Google Forms links are logged and stored in the history section.

Step 3:

Access the history of modifications at either the link level or the Jira issue level. This history is available for viewing at any time, providing users with a comprehensive log of all changes made to linked Google Forms within Jira issues, facilitating better collaboration and tracking of data inputs.
