Link Permissions

Step 1:

Access the Appvibe Google Slides Integration configuration page or click 'permissions' within the link settings in a Jira issue.

Step 2:

Ensure you have admin rights to manage link permissions for the Jira app.

Step 3:

Determine which users need access to the links in the Jira issue.

Step 4:

Assign appropriate permissions for each user:

• Viewer: Allows users to see the link in the Jira issue.
• Editer: Allows users to add, edit, or remove links in the Jira issue.
• Admin: Allows users to manage link permissions for other users.

Step 5:

Save the changes to apply the user permissions at the system level.
